This ready-to-use database and web solution is designed to track and manage technology repair requests. The database and web interfaced is designed to be simple to use and requires minimal or no training. The related databases can be single or multi user. Through the use of Filemaker server they can easily be installed for multi-user access. The Repair Request database tracks all technology repair requests submitted. All sites can be entered into the Sites database to create a popup list for entering on the requests. Customize the program with your logo.

The web access allows for orders to be created through the web. It allows the web user to submit, search entries, and edit, if their login type allows access. Access to the databases through the web requires that User ID's, Password, and Login Type be assigned by an administrator. This controls who has access to the databases.
