To register for a class complete the information below with the name of class(es) you wish to attend. Confirmation of this registration must be followed up with check or purchase order.
Registration: This registration form must be filled out completely, signed, and returned to us at least one week prior to class date. Confirmations will be mailed upon receipt of paid registrations.
Payment: Full payment or purchase order is due at the time of enrollment.
Cancellations: Cancellations by students will only be accepted up to three business days prior to the class date for a full refund or to be rescheduled in a later class. Cancellations after that time are non-refundable. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged full price. No Refunds.
MacSpec, Inc. has the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment one week prior to scheduled class date. A full refund will be given for classes cancelled by MacSpec, Inc. Early registration is recommended due to our cancellation policy.
